Class Schedule
Free introductory square dance lessons are being offered by Connecticut’s favorite caller Bill Mager this September 17, 24 and October 1 at the Powder Mill Barn, 32 South Maple Street, Enfield, CT from 7 to 9 pm.
Hosted by the Square Wheels Square Dance Club, these lessons introduce square dancing to new dancers. As a caller, Bill is energetic, interesting, fun to listen to and challenges the dancers as they move through the patterns.
As explained by Bill, square dancing reflects the current times. The music is contemporary. There are no dress requirements. Square dancers benefit by learning new skills in a social setting. Singles and older children are welcome.
Bill Mager is a square dance caller/instructor and recording artist with over 30 years of experience. He has called dances all over the country, recorded and produced several records of square dance music.
